Would a person with medium to dark colored skin look good with white eyeliner?

i am just beginning makeup and I have been experimenting and I would like to know if an African American girl with medium to dark skin would look good with white eyliner on?

I wouldn't. It will contrast against your skin, and it will be totally noticeable. Sorry, it is a great trick, too.

Still I might would try it out just to see. If you can see it really well, I wouldn't wear it.

You are talking about wearing it on the inner rim of the bottom lash line, right???
