How would i do air alert 3, while already going to a basketball trainer?
So i go to a basketball trainer every monday and we do plyo's and stuff. but i wanna start air alert 3 (already have the program) but it wants you to follow EXACTLY what it does. That means the days too. So how should i go about doing this? For odd number weeks you the the workout assigned monday, wednesday, and friday. And for even numbered weeks you do it tuesday, wednesday, thursday.
I really wanna do air alert 3 but i can't stop the basketball trainer thing...what should i do?
I had the same problem but I managed it, (gained 11 inches).
make the weeks like this:
ODD: tuesday thursday saturday
EVEN: wednesday thursday friday
