How do you keep sweat from rolling into your eyes?
During my outdoor runs, my eyes burn from the sweat that gets into my eyes. I find sweat band really uncomfortable...any other ideas?
I always had the same problem until I started wearing a cap. The headband keeps the sweat out of my eyes and the bill of the cap gives me more shade and keeps me from squinting my eyes. Using a cap with an open mesh can help with air circulation. I have never tried a visor, but that should also work. It may take a while to get use to wearing a cap, but it has solved the problem for me. Get one that can be adjusted for head size.
