Stripe Pant

Does anyone believe you can wear a striped shirt with striped pants?

As long as the striping on the shirt is either smaller or larger than the striping on the pants. Personally I think this is a great look and you see it all the time amongst fashionable guys, in Details and GQ, etc. IMO the white and blue shirt with everything is soooooooooooooo boring and played out. Guys need to embrace color if they have any sort of style.

I agree that guys should get more into color! There's so much you can do with it! And I also agree with the second answer...that look wouldn't be too bold and in your face. A nice subtle statement.
But...if the stripes are fairly similar in width, then it might be too much of a good thing. But if you absolutely love the look, then just do it .
