Size Small

How to make a guy's size small shirt fit a girl's size small?

I love music and get a lot of band tee's meant for guys (they always have the cooler ones!) but I don't like the way they fit (too baggy,loose, unflattering) Is there anyway I can make a guy's shirt size small fit like a girl's shirt size small? And, I've tried the washing/drying method, and I don't want to tie/knot it in the back. Thanks in advance.

if you don't mind cutting it up a little...
-cut the shirt on both side up the seam until you reach the armpit area of the shirt (i would cut off the sleeves)
-cut 2 inch horizontal slits through both layers of one side of the shirt. do this to the other side as well.
-tie the slits together on both sides
-it'll fit tighter!!
