i need honest opinions from those who are into fitness and strength training. please?

hey guys. i have a simple question about fitness and strength training. i'm 25, 5'11/180cm and 90kg/200lbs. yesterday i did plyo pushups, explosive movement which develops explosiveness for punching and throwing. what i did was 30 plyo pushups in a row, with full range of motion, all the way down and then i push as hard as i possibly could to get my hands off the ground and did it repeatedly. 30 plyo pushups in a row, then i took a break for less than 10 seconds, and continued with 5 reps more, then another break, another 5 reps until i got the total of 100 plyo pushups. all done with perfect movement. full range of motion. is it effective for developing my punching power considering the exercise and my bodyweight. i need your opinions please.

at least your trolling is not diamond push ups any more.
