Is Under Armour becoming the next Nike?

Under Armour is growing at a huge rate and the sky is the limit for them. Every time I go into a sports store instead of seeing the Nike Swoosh, I am seeing the Under Armour logo. In schools, college campuses, and on the street, you don't see people wearing the Nike shirts or hoodies but Under Armour. Also, Under Armour just released their own shoe line, an area dominated by Nike. So, will Nike pass the "torch" to the Under Armour company for supremacy sometime in the future or will Under Armour just be another company living in Nike's shadow?
You have to realize that Under Armour is a relatively young company and you can't grow to the size of Nike overnight.

I doubt Under Armour's shoe line will even come close to Nike's. Their 2008 sales are estimated at a little over $18.5 billion(Nike). Under Armour's 2008 sales are slightly over $0.5 billion. Nike is almost 20 times the size of Under Armour based on sales. Under Armour initially came out with just the ColdGear and HeatGear tops and bottoms...yes, they do very well in this area and they have more recently branched out into sweatshirts, sweatpants and shoes as well as others (gloves, hats, socks). So they do well but they just are not on Nike's level and my answer will have to be that they will just be another company living in Nike's shadow.
