Just made the Hs basketball team and i need tips to stay in shape for bball?
Just made the hazelwood central hawks bball team and i need tips to keep healthy and a training regimen to become better
What position do you play? If you're a guard then you need to work on your ball handling, shooting, passing, and defense. If you're a forward or center then u need to work on your post moves, defense, and rebounding. No matter what position you play, you need to run to stay in shape and lift weights to get your strength up. Talk to your coach to see what he/she has in mind for you.
