Ask why do people hate Jamaal Tinsley?
What is so wrong with him? I know he got like banned from the team. What did he do? He has decent stats. Is he like Stephon Marbury and annoying or is it just cus hes G like Artest? Im unfamiliar wi his cituation
Jamaal Tinsley i agree has talent and decent stats but he had developed a reputation for being injury-prone in recent years.
I've also found an article that he was involved in an off the court incident
Tinsley, and several companions were targeted in the shooting that wounded one person outside a downtown hotel. Tinsley wasn't injured.
"This is something we can't just put right behind us and walk away from," Bird told Pacers.com. "It's something we'll have to discuss. I don't know how long it'll take and we'll continue to talk about it. We have to make a change, there's no question about it."
Jim O'Brien and Pacers' President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird have asked Tinsley to stay away from the team by not attending team practices or games during the 2008-09 season. Tinsley has since requested a contract buyout through his agent, but Bird has insisted that Pacers' management will find a suitable trade for Tinsley.
