What is the difference between Allen Iverson and Kobe?

Kobe has chapionship Ring'S, Iverson does not.

Kobe is bigger physically, therefore he can do much more things like blocking more shots, posting up smaller players.
Iverson uses his small stature to his own advantage, he is able to out run people, he can be sneaky and come up with tons of steals.
