Can you legally use an interstate highway shield as part of the graphics on a website?
I know that I could not trademark a logo with this on it but I am wondering if I could incorporate the sign as a prominent element in the look and feel of a web page.
Well, I've seen Route 66 logos on a lot of stuff.
