i Need coaching advice please...this is my first ever time coaching a team?
i'm 18 and i'm coaching an intermediate basketball (senior girls team) and they are not properly skilled but i highly do see potential in all of them with a lot of time
as a first time coaching i can see the job is both fun and a little bit frustrating at the same time.
what are some good coaching advice that you can give me?

IN PRACTICE:
First and foremost, let your team practice basic basketball drills like passing, shooting and dribbling.... then, make set plays for offense and defense in which they can adjust easily.
ON THE GAME:
Select the Best starters for your team but don't forget to balance the team by substituting players properly.
and btw, please do not yell at players who commits mistake cause that might ruin your team.
