Whats an outfit for decade day, the 70's?
I think it is the 70's atleast. I'm thinking a headband (one that goes all arround the head), sweatband on the arms, and shorts (track ones from american apperal). But what else can I add to this outfit? And is this the 70's?
Try a tie-dye T-shirt or peasant blouse.
