Definitely Pravana Keratin Fusion. The keratin is better for your hair and its made with natural ingredients opposed to Chi Iron Guard which is just as bad as putting chemicals in your hair. They work pretty much the same but if you are going to straighten your hair, the Pravana Keratin Fusion is better for your hair so it wont get spit ends. Also, you might want to try Bead Head iron guard hair protector before you curl dry or straighten your hair.
