USA Hockey Skills and Drills?

Has anyone used the workout guidelines from USA Hockey's Skills and Drills DVD? (at the U18 Level more specifically) and if you have, how were the results in terms of on ice performance?

you can get the videos on youtube. im doing it this summer...hopefully it works out good cuz this year at 16U AAA is my last shot at trying to get scouted and go far in hockey. so im basically looking at it as if i do this program and it works out, i will reap the rewards. but if it doesnt work, ill fall flat on my face and be playing bar league in a few years. lets just say i hope it works
