Do I have ulna nerve compression?
About 3 time a week I wake during the night with complete numbness/paralysis down the inside of my forearm and my 5th finger and half of my ring ringer, bilaterally. Moving my arm releases this almost instantly, but I have recently been noticing very light pins and needles during the day, and when I swim I also get pins and needles in the same location (my little finger and ring finger). I am 26 and otherwise completely healthy. Is this something I should be concerned about?
maybe -treat the pain, see a chiropractor, get a massage, avoid repetitive activity, soak your arm in the hot tub, do yoga, and see your doctor.
