What are some good basketball stretches?

Lunges i think there called.

You stretch one leg out front and bend it while your other leg goes stretching the other way. If you still don't get it try clicking here

This will help you prevent cramps and help your legs get muscle to really push the ball toward the basket. Usually when you shoot you use your legs to push up. This will help you get the muscle and ability to do it.
