Finishing at the Rim (basketball)?
So I really don't wanna start of by bragging..but I'm a pretty quick guy with some pretty off the dribble moves. Last night while playing (or pretty much any night) I can use these to get by my defender but my problem is just finishing (ugghhhh) I don't always screw up at the rim but I NEED to be consistant. One of my main problems is attacking the rack (see what I did there? haha) so hard that I don't lap the ball up easy enough and it usually comes bouncing of the glass of the back iron. Can somebody give me any tips on how I could prevent this from happeing? thanks!
I think you have the ability to do it but you just have to be less nervous? I think if you're throwing it up there to hard then you might be too eager and thinking about it too much. Most i could say is just try not to think about it and just focus on getting it up easy. Hope this can help, even a little.
