How do you mold a SHOCKDOCTOR mouthgaurd?

I know that you have to use hot water and something else, but this is an Adult sized mouthgaurd (pink to be exact) that needs to be molded to my mouth. I am using it for basketball if that helps. It's ShockDoctor brand if that helps.

Please, I am despereate!

For most mouthgaurds, you just put them in hot water for a few minutes then put it in your mouth and suck the water out of it. Just make sure its not too hot or you might burn yourself. If its too big for your mouth, try trimming the ends.
