How much is an autograph by Allen Iverson worth?
Hi,
Around 2001, I got a shirt autographed by NBA star Allen Iverson. I've just had it laying around and started thinking about selling it.I'm not an NBA fan so I don't know what it might be worth. I was hoping to find out what people think it might be worth so if someone has any idea please let me know.
P.S. I also have a rookie card of Allen Iverson if anyone thinks that would be worth anything.
I really don't think you'd get much, unless you have a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) with it proving that it is a legitimate autographed shirt. Now-a-days anyone can sign just about anything & say this is Michael Jordan's or Lebron Jame's autograph, same goes with the rookie card since there are so many "bootlegs" out there. I don't think an Allen Iverson rookie card would be worth that much. Not like a Jordan rookie card, which as a sports collector most collectors won't buy a Jordan rookie card unless its graded. Again its just that there are so many "bootlegs" out there, you don't know whether they're real or not. I'm sure you're Allen Iverson card is his actual rookie card, its not like Jordan's rookie card where you have to be very careful about getting a fake Jordan, people aren't dying to have an Iverson rookie card. I don't think you'd get anyone to buy the shirt, unless its someone who knows nothing really about trading & is so gullible to believe anything you say.
